Personal Use License for Non-Commercial Lo-Fi Music Projects
Use Nanashino-chan lo-fi music in a personal project that is not monetized, promotional, business-related, or made for a client. This $19 license is designed for personal videos, hobby projects, and personal social posts within the permitted scope.
It does not cover monetized content, business accounts, paid ads, sponsored posts, client work, brand campaigns, or sync licensing. No audio files are included.

Keep your Gumroad receipt and license documentation as proof of purchase. The documentation identifies the license category and helps confirm the scope of the permission granted to the buyer.
A license does not transfer copyright, master rights, publishing rights, authorship, ownership or exclusive rights in the music.

Platform Music Libraries
Some Nanashino-chan tracks may also be available in the official music libraries of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or other platforms. In-app use may be governed by the platform's own agreements, account-type restrictions, regional availability and usage rules.
Availability in a platform library does not automatically grant permission for paid ads, client work, business promotion, sponsored content, external audio use, brand campaigns or sync licensing.
Rights and Content ID Support
Nanashino-chan owns or controls the composition and master recording rights for the distributed catalog and grants limited permission only within the purchased license scope.
Automated platform systems may still generate a Content ID or copyright claim. If a claim appears on a permitted personal-use project, contact Nanashino-chan and provide:

- ✓ The track title or track URL
- ✓ The published video or post URL
- ✓ The platform name
- ✓ A screenshot of the claim, when available
Claim support applies only to use that remains within the purchased license scope. A Content ID claim is not the same as a copyright strike.

Personal Use License FAQ
Is the Personal Use License a commercial license?
No. It is limited to non-commercial, non-monetized personal use. It does not cover business use, client work, paid advertising, sponsored content, brand campaigns or sync licensing.
Can I use this license for a monetized YouTube video?
No. Monetized YouTube videos require a Commercial Creator License or another license appropriate to the project.
Can I use this license on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube Shorts?
Yes, only when the post is a personal, non-commercial, non-monetized project within the license scope. Music selected from a platform's in-app library may also be subject to that platform's own rules.
Can I use this license for business videos, client work or advertising?
No. Business videos, client work, paid advertising, sponsored content, brand campaigns and promotional use require a commercial, sync or custom license.
Are audio files included with the Personal Use License?
No. This product grants a license only; no audio files are included.
What should I do if a Content ID or copyright claim appears?
If the project is within the permitted scope, contact Nanashino-chan with your Gumroad receipt, the track title or URL, the published content URL, the platform name and a screenshot of the claim when available.
What if I purchased the wrong license?
Contact Nanashino-chan before publishing. If the intended use is monetized, commercial, promotional, business-related or client-facing, purchase the appropriate higher license first.
