Do I need a custom license?
A custom license is recommended for large campaigns, exclusive usage, TV broadcast, cinema, games, apps, public venue playback, agency packages, unusual distribution requirements, or commercial use beyond the listed license scope. Perpetual use does not transfer copyright, master ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
